I have been working in Early Intervention for twenty-seven years and I am a teacher/trainer at the program Inspiring Minds Center teaching mindfulness and resilience to school aged children. I began my human service career at Bradley Hospital working with special needs children as a Milieu Therapist. Earning my Masters degree in Counseling from Rhode Island College started my journey in individually helping families. It has been rewarding to offer nonjudgmental support for parents to better understand their children.
My philosophy is that happy and confident parents have the strongest influence on raising well-adjusted children. Confidence is the key to parenting and my goal is to provide concrete solutions to common parenting problems.
It is my hope that after our work together you can be secure in your approach and have FUN with your family.
